Friday, October 7 saw a crew of MVAT/Heroes Linked volunteers working on service-disabled USAF Veteran Daniel Munoz’s Whittier, California home as part of a pilot program focused on Heroes Home Repair for service-disabled and aging veterans.

Veterans Day originated as Armistice Day on Nov. 11, 1919, the first anniversary of the end of the Great War (subsequently referred to as World War One).
