Veterans In Every Workforce® (VIEW) is Heroes Linked’s initiative to empower veterans with meaningful career opportunities and professional growth after military service. Veterans In Every Workforce® unifies and expands our programmatic efforts to enhance veterans' access to high-quality jobs, career training, and professional development resources.

Through strategic partnerships with employers, professional and trade associations, workforce development programs, and educational institutions, Veterans In Every Workforce® aims to provide veterans with the tools, training, and support necessary to transition into fulfilling civilian careers. The initiative focuses on skills development, mentorship, networking tools, and advocacy to ensure every veteran can thrive in the workforce.

One such tool is our Heroes Network program. This free, user-friendly online social network connects Heroes— those serving, veterans, their spouses, and Gold Star families—with volunteer Advisors from diverse industries and backgrounds. Advisors provide Heroes with the mentorship, guidance, and professional advice they need to launch and navigate successful post-military careers.
