The mentoring and guidance platform, described below, is accessed via the Heroes Network app. For those connecting to our services via email, we deliver the latest strategies for securing employment, spotlight veteran-friendly employers, and showcase exceptional Advisors making a difference.

The Veteran Administration’s 2021 Employment Toolkit for Veterans reports that readjustment to civilian life is a challenge for nearly all military personnel. A 2019 Pew Research Center study shared that only 16% of polled veterans felt that the military prepared them for civilian life.
