Heroes Linked to Benefit from the streaming of “Across the River and Into the Trees” starring Liev Schrieber

The streaming platform Kino Film Collection has announced a special two-week streaming event for Across the River and Into the Trees, a film adaptation of Ernest Hemingway's final novel starring Liev Schrieber.

From October 19 to November 2, audiences can view this much-anticipated film on the Kino Studio platform from the comfort of their homes while supporting Heroes Linked.

In a unique fundraising campaign that will run in tandem with the film’s streaming, viewers will be prompted to support Heroes Linked’s impactful programs. Before each streaming session, audiences will see information about Heroes Linked’s mission, and a QR code will appear on-screen. By simply pointing their smartphone cameras at the QR code, viewers will be taken directly to the Heroes Linked website, where they can make tax-deductible donations to further the organization’s work in supporting veterans as they transition to civilian life.

This collaboration marks the second time in recent months that the production team behind Across the River and Into the Trees and Heroes Linked have come together for a common cause. In September, Heroes Linked was the official charity partner for the film’s New York City premiere, raising awareness about the organization’s important work to a broader audience.
